Wall-hanging thermometer

Wireless indoor-outdoor thermometer that can be placed standing or hanging on a wall. Project done for IKEA Family, where you will also find the product for sale.

Follow up:

Wireless thermometer with sensor

The simple functionality of the product is showed by using archetypal shapes. The display unit is done like a simple frame with large and clear figures for good visibility. The sensor unit has a recessed thermometer symbol and a LED that blinks when the signal is sent.

Wireless thermometer white and black

Available in white and black version in a so far limited edition at IKEA stores. Better hurry up and buy that perfect christmas gift!

Please, could you tell me in which IKEA-Shop can I still find the indoor/outdoor thermometer FORVANA or when it will be
available again. In the nearest town for me, that is Bologna it is just finished, but also Brescia is not a problem for me to reach.
Thanks for your return answer. Frithjof Welker

Unfortunately it seems like the thermometer is sold out for the time being. But I am very glad that you like it and if you want to get hold of a piece, you need to contact the nearest IKEA store and ask them to relaunch the product, since this was only a campaign product.

I've been looking for a good looking wireless in/out thermometer for a long time now. And just when I found this one, it is already sold out! How typical! :-)

But I did as Jonas suggested and mailed local Ikea and asked them for a relaunch. Hopefully all you other cool dudes and dudettes will do the same.

I thought so too. Got lucky enough that there was only ONE left on Amazon from UK. The seller was so nice that he sent it to Hungary. It was an unopened new package. One of the reasons why I was really happy that I could get my hands on it :) the Hungarian IKEA is too far from me just like everything else, so I usualy buy things from the internet. You never know what kind of great deals you can find!
Thats the short story of how I got your amazing thermometer :)

Hello!
Last week I've asked at my IKEA store at Warsaw, Poland and I was told that the thermometer surely won't be obtainable before January 2010. I can't find any one on the Internet. They were there in August or September, as I can remember - I saw it for myself, but I just wanted to think if to buy it next time. This is the same trouble as with many things from IKEA FAMILY assortment. Half of them are temporally on the shelves and I didn't know that then, before the conversation with employee. I don't understand what is the reason, because usually those products are best thought on the market! :-)
